Ms. Russell, a senior associate with Brosnan & Associates, LLP, practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning and estate administration. In such capacity, she represents and advises numerous clients in connection with the sale and purchase of real property, the preparation and execution of estate planning documents and the careful administration of estates and trusts. Prior to joining Brosnan & Associates, LLP, Ms. Russell represented national commercial banks, investment banks and funds on a variety of U.S. loan transactions for portfolio and securitized lenders, including the origination of collateral mortgage backed securities loans and mezzanine loans involving various types of collateral, such as shopping centers, hotels, condominiums, office buildings and apartment complexes. Ms. Russell has also represented lenders in secondary market transactions, including syndications, loan purchases and sales.
She is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. Ms. Russell received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. Prior to joining Brosnan & Associates, LLP, Ms. Russell was an associate in the Real Estate Finance and Investment department at a large international law firm.
